Dispatch time

In-stock orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order items take longer and are confirmed in the quotation.

Coverage

Local delivery across Kolkata and Howrah, surface transport across West Bengal, and courier or transporter service pan-India.

Freight

Freight is quoted separately based on weight, volume and destination. Bulk orders may qualify for freight support.

Packaging

Goods are packed in manufacturer packs with protective outer cartons. Heat-sensitive chocolate is packed with care during summer months.

Receiving goods

Please check cartons at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the transporter's receipt.
